Our events are held directly on this website. The window to your website will take the customer wherever YOU want them to go at the first point of contact. This can be -
Your website (home page, specific category or a new page you made especially for the event)
Your online store (Etsy, Folksy, Amazon, Ebay …)
Your Facebook or other social networking page.
Any other online space that you use to sell your creations.
An email address (not recommended but possible.
If you do not have any online presence at all we can arrange to host your products for you for an extra cost. Please contact us for information about this.
We will direct the customers wherever you want them to go ensuring that you get the full benefit to your business.
This also means that you have much less preparation work to do and can devote your time to marketing yourself and others who are taking part.
You will be invited to join our exclusive Facebook Group where you will learn new marketing skills, make friends and take part in an abundance of social media marketing activities.
After completing our booking form we will contact you by email with confirmation of your place and send you some further information.
You will be given a contact that you can ask for help and advice and who will guide you through the process. You will be required to send us some information.
Information required from you will be:
A logo or avatar for your business.
A featured product image or collection of products.
The web URL that you would like us to point your stall to. (Website, online store, Facebook page etc)
Your social networking links.
You will also be directed to our Facebook Event group where you can ask questions, gain advice and find out more about the process as it goes along. This is the best place for us to inform you of any activities that we will be carrying out to maximise your promotion.
Leading up to and during the event we will expect you to join in with organised activities which may include tweeting fellow stall holders links, post on Facebook, writing blogs etc.
We use a #CRAFTfest tag which is very useful to find others who are taking part.
It is vitally important that everyone plays their part in the marketing and networking for the event as that is the best way to get visitors to come along and browse through your creations.
This is also a great opportunity to learn new skills as we are always on hand to help and teach you how to use the various services on offer.
